Painting with Lil Yachty

AS Program Board Presents… Painting with Lil Yachty (LIVE with Q&A) on Friday, May 8th, 2020 at 7PM PST.
This event is free and closed to UCSB students.

Atlanta-born Miles Parks McCollum, better known as Lil Yachty, has been in the rap game for the past 4 years. Originally recognized for his signature red, beaded braids, Yachty only reps red tips now. With ‘Lil Boat 3’ on the way, Yachty’s preparing for a new era.
From livestreams with fans to his latest single, ‘Oprah’s Bank Account,’ which features both Drake and Dababy, Yachty’s revving up for a huge drop. Despite not releasing a new album in nearly 2 years, the rapper still racks in over 13 million monthly listeners streaming his music.
With a larger-than-life personality, Yachty is recognized world-wide. From his early collaborations with Dram in “Broccoli,” which scored him a Grammy nomination, and Kyle in “iSpy,” which skyrocketed to the top of the charts, to charting singles with the Migos, Trippie Redd, Cardi B, Juice WRLD, and many other top rappers in the industry- Yachty can’t seem to stop making hits.
Join AS Program Board this Friday night for a live paint session + Q&A with Lil Yachty. Grab a canvas, some brushes, and tag @asprogramboard (or #paintingwithlilboat) with your final product! See ya’ll there.
