THE INTERNET
The Internet is a soul band created by producer Matt Martians and lead vocalist Syd “The Kyd” of Odd Future. They just finished their second LP, a soul album entitled Feel Good, releasing in September on Odd Future Records. The whole band helped produce it alongside Chad Hugo from The Neptunes, Grammy award winner Mike Einziger, Chris and Patrick laying down live drums and bass on almost every track, as well as keys by Tay who is also featured vocally on the album twice. The sultry instrumentals are complemented by heartfelt lyrics from Syd and guest vocalists such as Yuna and Mac Miller. Together these parts coalesce to present a fuller, more dynamic sound that has evolved and matured significantly since their debut album. Ultimately, you’ll witness a group of good friends having a great time creating something they hope will stand the test of timeless music.

THUNDERCAT
Bassist/songwriter/vocalist Stephen Bruner, aka Thundercat, has music deeply rooted within. His father, Ronald Bruner, Sr., is an internationally renowned jazz drummer who played with the Temptations, Diana Ross, Gary Bartz and Gladys Knight.Stephen joined his brother as a member of West Coast punk vets Suicidal Tendencies, playing bass on their worldwide tours while still in high school.
As Thundercat, Bruner takes his jazz roots and works with a mix of artists that suit his wildly experimental sensibilities – ranging from Flying Lotus, Erykah Badu, Stanley Clarke, as well as more recent collaborations with Wiz Khalifa and Earl Sweatshirt (to name a few). After meeting and touring with Flying Lotus, the two artists collaborated on Lotus’ 2010 LP ‘Cosmogramma’ on the track ‘MmmHmm.’ In 2013, Thundercat teamed up with FlyLo once again, to form a profound body of work for his second album, ‘Apocalypse.’ His music straddles lines and pushes genres further, blurring the confines of pop, funk, electronica and prog rock, and creating something else entirely.
Ultimately, Thundercat has captured the attention of many worldwide with his enticing concoction of jazz, R&B, EDM, and a myriad of other genres.

Thundercat performed “Heartbreaks and Setbacks” alongside The Roots on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon:
